This article describes how to connect a product configurator component with a product in Magento 2.

Open the Magento surface. 

Go to catalogue => products => then click on the product you like to connect wth the component. 

Now, please scroll down to individualization options.

Name the option (dt.: "Optionstitel"), select the option type (dt.: "Optionstyp") Product Configurator and select the component (dt.: "Vorlage") below. 

The product is now successfully connected with the component from the product configurator!
